This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all physical orders of HushTag smart stickers, 3M vinyl vehicle decals, silicone pet collar tags, and titanium keyfobs placed via hushtag.zaffrio.com or our mobile apps.
01. Dispatch & Processing Timelines
Each physical tag is encoded and commissioned with a unique cryptographic keypair prior to packaging.
- Orders are verified, printed, and dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours of successful payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public national holidays are dispatched on the following business day.
02. Delivery Estimates & Couriers
Domestic Shipping (India)
• Transit Time: 3 to 5 business days for metro cities (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune); 5 to 7 days for rest of India.
• Logistics Partners: BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC, and India Post Speed Post.
• Shipping Fee: ₹49 standard shipping. Free shipping on orders above ₹399 or included with Annual Pro hardware bundle.
International Shipping
• Transit Time: 7 to 14 business days depending on destination customs clearance.
• Logistics Partners: DHL Express, FedEx International, and Priority Airmail.
• Shipping Fee: Calculated at checkout based on destination country ($4.99 - $9.99).
03. Protective Hardware Packaging
All HushTag stickers feature precision microelectronics (embedded NTAG213 chips). To safeguard against mechanical stress during transit, all orders are shipped in rigid, weather-sealed, anti-bend cardboard mailers with moisture-proof protective sleeves.
04. Real-Time Order Tracking
As soon as your shipment is handed over to our courier partner, you will receive an automated tracking notification via:
- SMS / WhatsApp notification with a live tracking hyperlink.
- Email confirmation containing your Air Waybill (AWB) number.
- In-app live order status tracking under Profile → My Orders.
05. Lost in Transit or Non-Delivery
If your order does not arrive within 10 business days domestically (or 21 days internationally) due to courier misplacement, please notify us immediately. We will launch an investigation with the courier and dispatch a free replacement shipment within 24 hours.
